HJA present to you this outstanding Impreza WRX STI Spec C V-Limited 2005 just landed from Japan. A genuine 1 owner example, Grade 4.5 with no accident history and fully backed up kms from new. This is completely stock so a perfect example for the avid car collector.
We have a worldwide reputation of only selecting the best examples Japan has to offer. So when our team came across this, they immediately informed us this is one we have to get. In spite of all the top end dealers in Japan trying to acquire the car, we were very fortunate enough to be able to secure and bring it over to the U.K.
So you may ask what makes this particular version so special?
The final Impreza variant of 2005 was the Impreza WRX STI Spec-C V-Limited 2005, introduced to celebrate Toshi Arai’s victory in the production car world Rally championship.
Finished in WR Blue and limited to 350 units. This super rare machine featured (in addition to the standard Spec-C gear) an STI front underskirt, white STI alloys, Alcantara front set trim, blue door trim and carpets, a special gear knob with Arasi’s signature, an Aluminium gear leaver surround and special decals/badging. It was a fitting tribute to this talented and always affable Japanese driver.
First impressions the bodywork is in amazing condition, garaged all of its life and constantly pampered, It really has been cherished by its one owner in Japan. It has all the original panels and being a Grade 4.5 it has no repair history, it’s rare to find an original straight example such as this.
As you can see from the pics the Chassis is in fantastic condition, with no rust issues associated with cars that have been subjected to use in harsh U/K winters. Just check out the pics, hard to believe it was made in 2006 as it almost looks like it rolled off the production line!
Interior is also in great condition with no rips or tears to the seats. Apart from a scuff on the glovebox (which will be rectified prior to sale) its all in excellent factory condition. The steering wheel is still the original item and is amazingly unworn. The car still has the original Arai signed shifter which is now super rare to get hold of. A genuine non smoker interior that still feels factory fresh.
As you would expect from a Impreza of this standard it drives beautifully the engine pulls boisterously throughout the rev range without any hesitation; Gearbox changes are nice and fluent. There are no knocks or rattles from the suspension, this really is a joy to drive.
We cannot reiterate sourcing examples like this is like finding a needle in a hay stack these days. Overall if you are after a cherished example to enjoy yourself, to be part of a collection or as an investment look no further.
