HJA bring you this stunningly rare Tommy Kaira M20Si just in from Japan. These little gems are extremely hard to come by now and we believe this is the only one currently for sale anywhere in the world.

Tommykaira originally founded as Tomita Yume Koujou, is a Japanese car tuning and manufacturing company founded in 1986 and headquartered in Minami-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The company was named after its two founders, Yoshikazu Tomita and Kikuo Kaira. Its parent company was founded in 1968 as Tomita Auto Inc. Several of its Tommykaira's custom cars have appeared in both the Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport racing simulation video game series.

Tommykaira has consistently rebranded the cars as if they were completely manufactured by the company itself, with the consent of the parent manufacturers: for example, a Subaru Impreza is rebranded as Tommykaira M20b or a Nissan 350Z as a Tommykaira Z. This phenomenon is not unusual around the world as German manufacturers such as Ruf and Gemballa operate in a similar way with Porsche automobiles.

The car is in absolutely beautiful condition throughout with all original paint apart from the bonnet which is reading slightly higher than the rest, as you can appreciate for a 30 year old car this is truly astonishing.

The Tommy Kaira aero is all original as are the badging and decals which still look factory fresh. It still has the original T.K glass with serial numbers stamped as well as the wheels and exhaust. The car has also been equipped with the optional extra in car Electric adjustable spoiler (Wing robo) which is still fully functional.

Chassis is stunning and all original with no rust issues or damaged chassis legs/seals etc which ruin so many of these cult classics.

Interior is also in brilliant condition with only wear to the drivers floor mat. It still retains the original T.K Recaro Seats, shift knob, steering wheel, pedals and Tommy Kaira badging etc. which are all in fantastic condition.

Tommy Kaira were an embodiment of Japanese car culture in the 90’s. With so many of us feeling acute nostalgia about cars from this era the Tommy Kaira models have become extremely collectible in the last decade.

Sourcing limited edition examples like this is like finding a needle in a hay stack especially in this condition. Overall if you are after a cherished example to enjoy yourself, to be part of a collection or as a great investment look no further.

The car has undergone an extensive 4 day detail with Autofinesse U.K - please visit their social media pages to view the detailed pics and vids.
