Located near Nihonmatsu in Fukushima-ken, RGF is the quintessential old-school Japanese tuning shop. Under the guidance of the legendary Hiroyuki Kanazawa, a former Veilside drag car driver, RGF has gained global acclaim for its exceptional work on GT-Rs.

The transformation includes replacing the stock RB26DETT engine with a reworked late-model BNR34 block, featuring an HKS 2.8L Step II Stroker kit. This upgrade incorporates a fully forged counterweight crankshaft, forged pistons, and connecting rods. The increased displacement powers twin GCG GTX2860R turbochargers, with exhaust gases routed through a Reimax downpipe and an ARC titanium exhaust system.
The cylinder head has been refined by Naprec and outfitted with valvetrain components designed for rapid, reliable revs. The HKS V-Cam Pro system, integrated with a Link G4 engine management system, enhances the power band for versatile performance beyond just high-RPM track use.
Air intake is managed through HKS Power Flow filters and cooled by a twin-entry ARC front-mount intercooler, ensuring optimal charge temperatures. A Nismo oil cooler and ARC radiator maintain peak engine temperatures even under extreme conditions. Additionally, a custom fuel swirl pot ensures a steady fuel supply during high-G cornering and acceleration.
[Unmatched Drivetrain and Braking]
The stock clutch has been replaced with an Exedy triple carbon clutch, complemented by a Nismo front LSD and a RGF-modified V-spec rear limited-slip differential for superior traction. Endless Monoblock brakes, featuring six-piston front and four-piston rear callipers with massive rotors and Endless W003 pads, deliver fade-free stopping power.
[Supreme Suspension and Chassis Control]
Tein N1 coilovers, refined through extensive trackside research, provide optimal dampening settings. Adjustable suspension components enhance the R34’s balance and control, enabling it to handle with the agility of a much lighter car.
